Products

BYND Tiles are three independent NFC tiles, each with one job: Review (opens your Google review page), Menu (opens your menu link) and WiFi (shows your network name and password). The Complete Kit is three separate tiles, one of each. BYND Tips cards are NFC cards that send tips to your own payment apps.

Tiles are made to order. After checkout you give us your Google review link and your menu link; we program each tile with that information and permanently seal it. The WiFi tile is activated by you on its first tap, where you set your network, password and a PIN to change them later. Tips cards arrive with a unique claim link.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout, including shipping. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. If an order contains an obvious pricing or availability error, we may cancel it and refund any amount paid.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Setup information and sealing

You are responsible for the links you give us. Once a tile is programmed and sealed it cannot be changed; if your review or menu link changes, you can order a new tile at the regular price. WiFi details can be changed at any time with your PIN.

We may refuse to program a tile with content that is unlawful, deceptive or harmful.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Tiles and cards are programmed for you, so they can't be returned unless they're defective. If a tile or card doesn't work, we replace it free — just email us your order number. Details in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Services your tiles link to (such as Google, your menu host, or payment apps) are run by third parties and are not under our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
